Pour la rue Léonce Reynaud à Paris XVIe, notre agence a eu l’opportunité de transformer un appartement typiquement haussmannien en un espace de vie moderne et fonctionnel, tout en préservant son charme historique.

Our approach was to create a living and dining area that combines contemporary elegance with classical architectural features.

We began by highlighting the apartment’s unique features, including high moulded ceilings, herringbone parquet floors and large windows.

These features were carefully restored and enhanced, creating an authentic setting in harmonious dialogue with modern design.
